May 19 - After several days of coding and video games testing, congratulations to Chléo and Nathan for their top ranking, and to Inès for a young coder prize!

OLE, the first Spanish language Olympics in Yangon

May 2 - Our secondary cycle students came back with some medals from the first Spanish language Olympics (OLE) in Yangon! A huge thank you to the British School Yangon for organizing such a fun event, and congratulations to our winners!



Participation to the "Ambassadeurs en Herbe" competition!

March 22 - Congratulations to the Ambassadeurs en Herbe team from LFIR, for their victory until the finals in Pacific-Asia area, organized by the French International School of Hanoï - Alexandre Yersin. All participants lived a powerful moment of their school year. The LFIR and the French Embassy in Myanmar wish good luck to the five finalists who will compete in Paris in may.



Painting workshop with Doh Eain NGO in downtown Yangon

March 14 - This week, the students participated in a painting workshop in one of the renovated alleyways thanks to Doh Eain association, in Yangon's historical center. They managed to put their personal touch on the walls! Thanks to Doh Eain for this great opportunity.



Christmas party at the school!

January 7 - Shows, exhibitions, food and drinks welcomed the LFIR families at the school's 2018 Christmas party! Thanks to the organization by the Party Committee, and Santa offering presents to the kid, the festive spirit caught everyone. The school wants to thank the France Ambassador, Mr. Christian Lechervy, for his support and his presence during this major event in the school's year. The LFIR and all its staff wish you a very happy 2019 year! 



Celebrating diversity during the French International Schools Week

November 18, 2018 - The French International Schools Week has started! The LFIR celebrates diversity and multilinguism through drawing competitions, arts exhibitions, or a giant map of the world to complete... The highlight of this creative week happened on Thursday 22: an evening with homemade food from all over the world, thanks to the parent's cooking skills, and exhibitions and shows from their children.
